Warranty
We will welcome you into our store the same way we’d welcome guests into our home. We figure our furniture is going to last a long time, so our relationships should too.
At Reside, we are proud to stand behind the quality of our products. All of our products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of pickup or delivery. Many products are guaranteed under manufacturer warranty for an extended period of time; you can ask a sales associate for further details on a particular product.
Please note, our warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from negligence, or improper care, maintenance or failure to follow proper directions for use.
In addition to our regular warranty, we can offer our customers extended warranty options through an additional service plan that covers spills, punctures and other common accidents. Please inquire about the Reside Extended Protection Plan.

We are here to help! If there is a problem with your product we will happily repair, replace, or refund it, depending on the item or warranty parameters.
Unique Characteristics
Celebrate the difference! You may notice variations in the look of your fine wood, leather, marble or slate products. These natural characteristics are not considered defects, but rather are a result of the natural material used.
Price Promise
We stand behind our pricing. We will guarantee our price for 60 days after your purchase. If during that time you notice a change in our regular price on the identical item, we will refund the difference with an in store credit. Our Price guarantee does not include any seasonal authorized sales OR promotions and is subject to managerial approval. New sales and promotions can not be applied to previous sales or promotions and must be purchased during the sale promotion period.
Return Policy
Pieces sold from in-stock inventory are eligible for a return if:
- They are returned in as good a condition as when they left the store.
- Were not discounted 35% or more off regular price when purchased.
- Are physically returned to the store, either by the customer themselves or through the Reside Pick-Up Service (all delivery or pick-up fees are applicable and non-refundable).
Any valid returns will be fully applied as in-store credit or refunded to the original payment type if returned to Reside Furnishings within 5 days of the original purchase date.
Any item that is custom ordered is subject to a 25% restocking fee if it is returned for any reason other than a recognized manufacturer defect. It must be returned in its original condition by the customer themselves or through the Reside Pick-Up Service for a $99 fee if the address is within 1-hour’s drive of Reside Furnishings. Customers living outside of this range must make their own arrangements to physically return their items to Reside Furnishings. Returns for custom ordered items must be made within 5 days of when the item was delivered or picked up.
Price Discrepancies
We work to ensure our sale prices are updated as soon as price changes are made. However if there are any discrepancies, the in-store price will always be considered correct.
